Cooking Classes
Italy in Style private cooking classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration style, set in authentic Italian restaurants or cooking schools. They are held in Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast and reflect the traditional regional cuisine. Our passionate chefs will share their secrets of home-style cooking as well as stories and anecdotes. Each class ends with a gracious meal complete with wine.

Cheese Making: Mozzarella and Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
Enjoy a personalized tour of a mozzarella cheese factory and see how mozzarella is produced almost daily. The tour will be followed by a tasting of different cheeses including provola, caciocavallo, smoked caciottine.

Pizza & Limoncello
Spend half-day in the unique setting of a family-run farm combining a visit to a lemon-house with a hands-on pizza making class. Visit the lemon grove and learn about the method used to produce artisanal Limoncello. After a guided tasting, meet “Mamma Laura”,  a great cook who has been preparing pizza in her stone oven for decades. Learn how to make real Neapolitan pizza. End the class with your pizza and a good glass of local wine.

Wine Tasting
Wine making in Campania is a 2,000 year-old tradition introduced by the ancient Greeks.  Its rich, volcanic soil is perfect for growing grapes and the region produces premium wines praised by wine enthusiasts worldwide. Our private tours and tasting are held at local wineries and family-run farms, where you can enjoy Aglianico, Fiano, Greco di Tufo, Falanghina, and Lacrima Christi.
