Umbria - Farfalla
Villa rentals

Farfalla is a desirable villa for large families, groups and yoga retreats. Its location makes it a handy base for exploring the entire region of Umbria.

The  main villa comes with a small cottage, just a few feet away. The recently restored property is surrounded by a well-manicured garden and the outdoor terrace is home to a large dining area with a gazebo and barbecue.

From the terrace of the main villa one enters a living area with a fireplace. This in turn accesses the spacious dining room with a large table (seats 18) and a large kitchen with a center island and fireplace. On this floor is a double bedroom and private bathroom suitable for disabled. Three steps take you to the guest bathroom and sleeping area: two double bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower, one twin bedroom with private bathroom with  shower (double on request), one double bedroom with canopy bed and private bathroom with bathtub.

From the living area on the ground floor, a staircase leads to a lower level with a second sleeping area: one double bedroom with private bathroom (shower) and a double sofa bed; one twin bedroom connecting to a double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with shower. On this level are a well equipped gym, two bathrooms with showers and changing rooms, a billiard room with two tables, an indoor heated pool with large windows opening to the outdoor pool.

The cottage is set on two floors. On the ground floor is a dining/living area and kitchenette. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

Just minutes away from both the artistic Deruta and Todi, the spiritual Assisi, and splendid medieval towns, this property hands the budget conscious traveler a mix of culture, natural exploration, history and relaxed living.
