We consider ourselves Travel Designers who create transformative travel experiences that traditional travel agents cannot. We plan trips tailored just for you, organizing everything from start to finish: accommodations, private guides, dining reservations, and unique experiences.

Our job is to listen to you and translate your vision into reality so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the journey.

Looking for an expert to help you create your Italian dream vacation? Fill out your Personal Profile to tell us about you and how you want to travel.

Talk with a Travel Designer

Next we schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know each other. Once you’ve decided how you want to work with us, you’ll leave a travel planning fee so we can begin plan your perfect trip. This charge will be credited towards the cost of your travel package.

The creative process begins

We use our extensive professional travel experience, our creativity and bi-cultural background to design a trip that fits you and your desires.
We will create a detailed itinerary that includes all the experiences we discussed and/or present you with options to choose from.

The plan is clear

You receive your preliminary itinerary and discuss it with us. You may want to confirm it as is or make some changes. We are happy to revise it until you are completely happy.

Ready!

You are really excited about the itinerary and place a deposit on your trip. Italy in Style makes all the arrangements and prior to your departure you receive a final itinerary and useful information – about tipping, restaurants, shopping, and much more.

Show up at the airport, have your dream vacation unfold

You are about to land and from this point on, our local Italian team takes care of you, every step of the way. Your Travel Designer in the U.S. remains in the loop during your trip and, should you need anything we are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
